Having received no comments from the October 1, 2020 posting regarding revisions to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine’s Chapter 13 plan (https://www.meb.uscourts.gov/news/chapter-13-plan-effective-1212020), the revised plan must be used for all Chapter 13 plans or modified plans filed on or after December 1, 2020.
