The hearing time for Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 matters in Bangor is 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  
 
The hearing time for Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and adversary proceedings (all chapters) is 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Please note on Thursday, August 6th, Judge Fagone will be conducting his hearings in Portland with the option for video from the Bangor Courtroom.
