PLEASE NOTE:  On regularly scheduled Tuesday hearing days, Judge Cary will hear all routine matters that require a hearing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. On regularly scheduled Wednesday hearing days, Judge Cary will hear all routine matters that require a hearing in Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 cases.  All hearings on both days should be scheduled for 9:00 a.m. 

NOTE:  All adversary hearings should be scheduled based on the chapter of the main case.

**This is a combined chapter hearing date.  Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases should be scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and Chapter 13 cases should be scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
