Proposed Revisions to the Local Rules
The proposed revisions to the Local Rules are now ready for public comment. Public comments are due by Monday, November 25, 2024. Please submit your comments to Clerk of Court Monica Bigley, Monica_Bigley@meb.uscourts.gov, and copy Jennifer Lyons, Jennifer_Lyons@meb.uscourts.gov, with a subject line indicating that your email is regarding a proposed local rule.
Below are three documents to assist you in understanding the proposed changes: (1) a summary sheet with an explanation of all the proposed changes; (2) a redline comparing the proposed changes to the current text and table of contents for the Local Rules; and (3) a clean copy of the proposed revisions to the Local Rules.
