Bankruptcy Power Hour
Wednesday, June 15th at 10:30 a.m. or Wednesday, June 29th at 1:30 p.m.
The Bankruptcy Court clerk’s office for the District of Maine will host a virtual forum for bankruptcy support staff and attorneys covering best practices for filing in CM/ECF, procedural information and responses to commonly asked questions.
Our objective is to help attendees
• Have an increased understanding of filing procedures;
• Brush up on certain rule requirements and clerk’s office expectations;
• Reduce the need for amended or corrective filings; and
• Improve upon communication and discourse between the clerk’s office and practitioners.
