The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) has notified bankruptcy courts that as of October 2, 2025, it is unable to mail notices to recipient addresses that include the country name "Canada," due to national labor actions between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers.  As a result, these addresses will be bypassed by the BNC.  Bypassed recipients are listed within the bypass section of the BNC Certificate of Mailing.
