The proposed rule change permits filing replies “if the movant has information that is (i) not repetitive of materials contained in the motion or opening brief, and (ii) responsive to material raised in the opposition to the motion or opening brief.  Unless otherwise permitted by the Court, replies are limited to 5 pages in length and shall be filed no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time of the day prior to the hearing.”
