The Court has amended section II(D)(1) of its ECF Administrative Procedures to permit registered filers an alternative to obtaining an original signature before electronically filing documents. If a registered filer uses an electronically converted PDF document with an image of the signature, the filer must obtain the original signed document within thirty (30) days of execution and maintain the original signed document until two (2) years after the case is closed or until the expiration of all appeal periods, whichever is later.
