Electronic Learning Modules are designed for attorneys and support staff for training on our Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. Once attorneys have completed the modules and submitted an Attorney Registration Form, a login and password will be issued and electronic filing can begin.
If an attorney has completed the CM/ECF training in another court, training in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for District of Maine is waived. The attorney must complete the Cross Certification Attorney Registration Form and submit it to the court to receive a login and password.
Read the Standing Orders regarding Administrative Procedures for Electronically filed cases and Electronic Filing of Pleadings and Papers in the District of Maine.
Read the Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, Maintaining, and Verifying Pleadings and Other Document in the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) System.
Select the appropriate registration form and email the completed form to email@example.com. Include the language Electronic Registration in the subject line.
