Hearing Dates for Judge James B. Haines, Jr.

Please Note: Hearing times will be as follows on all dates without an asterisk:
     Ch 13 matters -   9:00 a.m.
     Ch 7 matters -   10:30 a.m.
     Ch 11 matters - 11:00 a.m.

*Tuesday Dates with an asterisk: All hearings will be set for 9:00 a.m. on these dates. The only type of matters to be set on these dates are Motions for Relief from Stay, Pretrial and Final Pretrial Conferences, and matters continued by the Court.
