The Court has rescinded all previously issued Standing Orders and issued one new Standing Order. The new Standing Order addresses three topics: (1) procedure regarding payment advices or other evidence of payment under 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1)(B)(iv); (2) deadlines for filing of the applicable Means Test Forms in cases of individual debtors that convert to chapter 11 or to chapter 13; and (3) forms to be used for reaffirmation agreements.
